Security
The agency holds T (transaction) and G (management) professional cards, and also provides the necessary insurance: Secured Payment, Financial Guarantee, Professional Liability and the possibility of tenant cancellation insurance. A certificate of insurance with a holiday clause is also required from each tenant. You don't want to leave everything available for the tenants? Put everything you want to keep out of the way in a locked room and keep the key. We all know that a house that's empty for too long gets damaged (lack of heating and ventilation) and attracts thieves or worse, squatters. Renting out your property will protect it from temptation.
