The house is extremely well appointed and comfortable, and faces the sea. The master bedroom, on the first floor, offers a\u00a0sea view from your bed<\/strong>\u00a0and benefits from its own private bathroom (with bath and shower) and an attractive office area.<\/p>\n

The omnipresent teak invites you to live barefoot and enjoy the gentle passage of time. The outdoor terraces extend this living space to the sea, and are an undeniable asset to this haven of peace. The house is set in a veritable green setting at the end of a private, dead-end road, in an extremely calm and relaxing cocoon. Forget the fast-paced world and enjoy the passing of time.<\/p>\n

At high tide, when the coefficients are sufficient, the water is only a few centimetres from the terrace.<\/p>\n

At low tide, the sea leaves you, but those who like to fish on foot will have the pleasure of picking clams in front of the house.
