A very nice house. Good location. Actually is not situated at the sea but at a crique. You have to know the tides to know when it is possible to swim or when the crique is dry. We had a scheme, but this is recommanded to have this in the house.
We didn’t use the cellar with the screen, maybe when you are with kids…
Everything is in the house what you need, in the kitchen and good bed with good bedlinen,also outside and of good quality.
When we arrived, despite we send messages during our trip and, as asked by the lady, an hour before we arrived, we had to wait for 10 min. It seems nothing, but after a weary journey, this is not fine. The introduction to the house was actually very minimal; there was little information about the property, how things worked, the surrounding area, etc. Fortunately, we had a few questions of our own. Regarding check-out—which the terms state is at 10:00 AM—we only received a message the evening before asking if a different time was possible. We didn’t receive messages during our stay or answers from the lady in charge. Luckely in the meantime, we managed to get our questions answered via email through contact with Sebastien from the agency, who was very and fast responding.
So concluding: we loved the house, the spot (if you know it is at a crique and know the tides. The contact with the lady of the agency can be more welcoming (present when you arrive, having opened the windows to let the air in, more info) and responding.

Our family is visiting Brittany every 2 years. The house "Les Sablettes" was one of the most impressive ones. Everything was very clean, the interieur was reflecting a combination of "modern and traditional" style. For us it is important that during holidays, you feel also comfortable and relaxing inside of your holiday cottage and this house fullfills this.

The garden is of big size and located directly to the beach of the bay. It the tide allowed for this, you can swim every morning before breakfast and enjoy the morning atmosphere. The many places and terraces with chairs and tables distributed at different locations in the garden are allowing to enjoy the sun and different sight views depending on the daytime: To have breakfast close to the house, coffee time in the center of the garden and time to enjoy best French wines in the evening close to the beach while watching the sunset.

From the location you have the opportunity to do a lot of day road trips: from St. Malo to St. Michel, from Morlaix till Roscof. The house is the perfect central base for discovering the whole Cote de Granite Rose and far beyond.

The agency was as every time very fast responding in the process of booking and during the stay - also well recommended from us

Beautiful house
Belle et grande maison, très bien équipée, dans un environnement agréable. La région est très belle également, avec de nombreuses activités à proximité. A noter que l’accès à la terrasse surplombant le bras de mer et à la plage n’est pas adapté aux personnes âgées (un membre de notre famille) ou aux très jeunes enfants, sans l’aide d’une autre personne.

Superb villa with heavenly views
Magnificent villa, spacious, warm and inviting to relax in. Very well equipped. Beautiful location with a garden directly on the beach!

Bright house with beach access
Bright house with direct access to the beach with lots of charm, very functional, well equipped inside and out. Ideal and highly recommended for family vacations.
